We strive to send out orders as soon as we receive them. Please allow up to 3 business days before querying your parcel.The packages are shipped with Italian postal service, by registered mail (trackable and signed at delivery) and usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days. If the customer has given permission for the parcel to be left unattended at the shipping address, this will remove any responsibility from The Good Machinery should the parcel go missing after it has been left at the shipping address by Italian Post.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We strive to send out orders as soon as we receive them. Please allow up to 3 business days before querying your parcel. We use global registered priority mail by Italian Post and the package usually arrives in two weeks time from the day of shipment. For overseas packages sometimes the shipping time can extend to 4 - 6 (almost never happened, but still!) weeks time from the shipment day.

Any eventual overcharge in shipping will be promptly refunded through Paypal/Credit Card.
